When it all feels
It could be one thing, or many things that make you feel like 'its all too much'. Your low mood, anxiety or change in usual behaviour could be related to family, friends, relationships, grief, something about yourself, or stressful times like exams, a new school, being bullied, or changes in your family - divorce, bereavement or illness. This is not an exhaustive list; you might not even be able to put your finger on the reason that you feel 'nah'.
Talking to a therapist can help you unravel mixed up feelings or thoughts, so that you gain some clarity, or work on a 'game plan' together. Therapy can offer a space and time, that is just for and about you, to work things out.
